On March 21, 2023, the Kansas House of Representatives debated our resolution for an Article V convention that could propose fiscal restraints, term limits, and other limits on federal overreach. In this audio, the legislation successfully passes on Second Reading and awaits a final vote on Third Reading. A similar result was achieved in the Kansas Senate on the same day. Take action.
