Hosted by Convention of States Foundation in August of 2023, the event was held in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. As the convention comes to order in this segment, listen to opening remarks made by COS Foundation President Mark Meckler, Co-Founder Michael Farris, Senior Advisor Rick Santorum, and 2016's Simulation President Rep. Ken Ivory of Utah.
