On January 7, 2022, volunteers with the Convention of States Massachusetts team testified before the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs which considered our Article V resolution for proposing fiscal restraints, term limits, and limits on federal overreach.

On the day that our Article V resolution was pre-filed, Texas Governor Greg Abbott spoke to an auditorium of about 300 volunteers for Convention of States. Later Abbott would make Convention of States a piece of his priority agenda, paving the way for Texas to become the 11th state to pass our Article V resolution.
